IoT and Industrial Services Seminar

Content and goals of the course

We present you an introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT) and the related technologies in different industry sectors in order to understand, analyze and solve problems in real-world situations by using IoT technologies. You will work in teams and apply your theoretical knowledge in solving cases.

Course structure

This course is partly organized as a self-study. Work will be done in groups of two to three students.

Furthermore the course consists of four main parts:

  1. Introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industrial Services
  2. Application Areas of IoT
  3. Technologies and Interfaces for IoT
  4. Seminar paper
